District 3 Report – October 2024

The job calls are still a little erratic, but some of the calls have been decent long-term projects that bode well for the near future.

As expected, Fisk, KPA, LK Comstock and Dynalectric have put in calls for the Purple Line projects.

Contra Costa started their large-scale Isomax shutdown with roughly 80 IBEW members and is scheduled to run 24 hours a day for about 6 to 8 weeks.

The One Beverly Hills project is ongoing with earth movers and I’m hoping to see other trades out there soon.

October is the month I was told that W.E. O’Neil is scheduled to start moving the 9 MSC South prefab module buildings over to the existing MSC. A feat I’m looking forward to witnessing.
