District 4 — October Report

Greeting Brothers and Sisters from the valleys of the jolly San Fernando and Santa Clarita.  I hope this message finds all of you and your families happy and healthy. This year has been tough on all of us.  Fortunately, our work hasn’t been as severely affected as other industries have.  Things are slowing down, which is typical for this time of year. Less wireman employed = less turkeys to pass out.  The future work picture looks good for D4!  Make sure to vote. This election affects your paycheck!
