District 1 — March Report

Happenings have been changing lately due to COVID-19: 

• Hotel Project on Pico and Figueroa IS HAVING THE foundation dirt work being done. 

Project will be taking bids from our Electrical Contractors. 

• LUCAS MUSEUM at Exposition Park 

• Hollywood Presbyterian on Vermont and Sunset is doing a New Hospital tower. 

• 8th & Figueroa Tower between the Parking structure and Ernst & Young tower that’s just starting.
