IBEW Local 11 business representatives negotiate wages, benefits and working conditions for workers at many public agencies, as well as private organizations serving a wider public good in the Los Angeles area.

Local 11 members manufacture trains for 11 million Angelinos.
IBEW members supply quality water to Southern California residents at Metropolitan Water District Southern California.
Engineers and Architects Association (EAA) joined IBEW Local 11 as an affiliate to strengthen labor’s presence in the City of Los Angeles. EAA members are essential to the smooth operations of the City.

For decades Local 11’s Business Managers have worked closely with LA OC Building Trades and EAA to support labor relations concerning policies for hundreds of Local 11 members working among numerous government agencies.
