Projects in the DISTRICT 1 area are still going strong.

Very NEW PROJECTS ON THE HORIZON:

• 4th & Spring – CSI ELECTRIC – one of the first Container Room Hotels from China.
• Pico & Fig Hotel – Phase One will be awarded any day now to a NECA CONTRACTOR
• TRIBUNE PROJECT – LA TIMES Remodel where the old parking structure and Brown
• Glass part of the structure will be demolished and replaced with TWO TOWERS.
