District 5 Report — October 2025

Greetings from District 5, Brothers and Sisters.

Work is looking better here in the Antelope Valley, and contractors have been placing calls for manpower.

SunBelt Electric continues work at the LA County High Desert Regional Health Center expansion. They are adding three new buildings, have all the manpower they need, and are set for completion in November.

Braun Electric has started a solar project at the Palmdale Water Reclamation Plant. They have started to put in calls and will be adding more as the project moves along.

CSI Electric has picked up more work at Northrop Grumman and has been putting in calls for JW and Apprentices over the last few months. They are expected to be busy this last quarter of the year.  CSI continues work at the A.V. Fair Grounds for the M.A.R.R.C. project and is expecting to ramp up manpower soon now that the steel is nearing completion.
