Greetings siblings!

The weather is starting to cool down, and the holiday season is rapidly approaching. Let’s continue to be mindful of our health and wellness and not become complacent. Hydration is strongly encouraged, as is staying warm and focused while the morning fog surrounds us.

I’ve had the pleasure of meeting several members as I visit various job sites, and I must say, I am very proud of the work you all are doing to make Los Angeles thrive.

Continue to grow and learn as new technology unfolds. Be intentional about updating your skills and don’t shy away from things because they are challenging. A challenge is just a skill that you haven’t mastered yet, so let’s continue to focus on making Los Angeles shine like the people who are building it. Take pride in the apartments, the museums, the stadiums and everything we put our hands to.
