Unit 14 Civil Service Report – December 2024

The following are the current updates for contract negotiations.

County:

IBEW Family,

Negotiations for LA County are set to begin very soon! Thank you to all members that submitted proposals. Our labor side caucus will meet with the Building Trades on 11/22 to start solidifying our proposals. Yezdan Marquez from DPW will represent MOU 411 and Sal Hernandez from LASD will represent MOU 412. As history has proven, the County will be difficult to bargain with so be prepared to take action if necessary. We must be strong in our resolve in order to garner the best possible contract for our members. IBEW STRONG!
