District 5 Report — October 2024

Brothers and Sisters,

I hope all is well.

I want to thank everyone who has called and come by to show your support as your District 5 Business Agent. I have been visiting jobsites in the Antelope Valley to introduce myself and get to know the members and supervision.

CSI Electric has ongoing work at Northrop Grumman and Lockheed Martin. Gregg Electric is working on a tilt up by Fox Field Airport and has put in some calls for apprentices. Reyes & Sons Electric is continuing to work at the Antelope Valley College Cedar Hall Project and has recently been putting in calls for Journeyman and Apprentices.

CSI Electric is going to start working at the AV Fairgrounds on the Resilience Center. The old Jethawk stadium will be revamped into a new Soccer field for the AV Altas FC.
