Enjoy some spice-filled fun for the whole family at the Second Annual IBEW 11 Chili Cookoff presented by the District 4 Welfare Committee. The event takes place from 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 15 at the District 4 Union Hall in San Fernando. There will be food, bingo and games for people of all ages.
