District 5 — January Report

Happy New Year Brothers and Sisters,

As we come into the new year the work picture in the high desert looks promising. Look for more solar work, work at the defense plants, Antelope Valley Hospital and new projects up and coming.

Please help and participate in our political activism in the upcoming elections. Remember our Unit meetings are the  2nd Tuesday of every month at 5:30 p.m.

On a sad note I would like to mention the passing of District 5  Chairman Emeritus, Steward, long time member and friend Brother John Dewar, may he rest in peace.

Thank you to all the District 5 Officers and members for their hard work and participation. I would like to wish everyone a very happy and prosperous new year.
