The LA TIMES MIRROR SQUARE Redevelopment across from LA City Hall are a pair of 57-story and 37-story Towers that Omni anticipates starting work on by the end of this year, with construction taking place in one phase and wrapping by 2023. The budget for the Times Mirror Square redevelopment has not been disclosed.

At Exposition Park square, the Lucas Museum is just about to get to Ground Level with the Concrete Deck almost Finished. Anderson and Howard are finishing up the Parking structure and The NECA Contractor for the Museum is Sasco. The Lucas Museum is estimated to be $1 Billion and will need many electricians.

LA Memorial Coliseum is close to finishing. They will be pushing for an August finish. Rosendin and CSI are at the project now.

Regional Connector by Metro is having the underground being done by TAFT Electric. It’s still very early in the project and they will need manpower.

The LAX/Crenshaw Line has added DYNAELECTRIC to perform work at all the stations at Vernon, MLK, and Exposition. That project has a long way to go and will need manpower. Neal Electric and Faith Electric are still onsite.

6400 Sunset is a PLA Project in Hollywood that was voted on last month that’s a high-rise residential project. Has not been awarded but it is coming later this year. It will replace AMOEBA MUSIC who they are giving a year to find another location to operate. It’s a 28 Story Tower.

We are still waiting on OCEANWIDE across from Staples center to get back on track. Hopefully soon considering there are 3 TOWERS and 3-4 Levels of mixed use that need a ton of electrical!

The NFL Stadium Property has CSI Electric Winning the 6000 seat venue adjacent to the stadium.

A parking structure and the NFL headquarters are Soon to come.

We are still awaiting more information on the CLIPPERS ARENA across the street from the NFL Stadium on the corner of Prairie and Century Blvd where Church’s Chicken is. Senator Bradford and Assemblywoman Autumn Burke spearheaded legislation to get that Project approved! Our Political support of working family candidates at work.
